  • We spend the first 30 days gathering the correct case manager contact info to begin the process

  • We use a combination of Ai web-scraping tools and human research to review their websites, the state bar, social media platforms and more, to grab as much contact info as we can get, such as; Browse.aiBardeen.aiScrapestorm.comSwordfish.ai​

  • Once we establish contact, we then follow the contact person through the case lifecycle, moving from the case manager, to paralegal, to negotiator, to the bookkeeper, and anyone in between who can help us get information and move the process along.​

  • Each Email response is a trigger for us to grab new data points from their communications, such as their Email signature line. We now can update their phone, extension fax, address, website URLs and even the CC line of the Email will be tracked, updated, and reported back to you weekly.
